The staff at the hotel were amazing and very friendly! They went out of their way to ensure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to key attractions and buildings in the city center. the bed in our room was large and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep.
The towels in our room had a strong vinegar-like smell, making them unusable. We also found that the bedsheets were dirty and had a stale odor.

We had a fantastic stay at a centrally located hotel that was close to all the popular attractions. The hotel staff were helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, especially Rebecca in the bar who provided excellent service. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and we would definitely go back. I highly recommend this hotel for a great weekend getaway.

Clean room, cozy bed, prompt reception response. Great waterfront location, near dock area and city center. Spotless hotel, excellent food, and friendly staff. Would recommend and stay again. Enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is situated in the lively Docks area, which is very close to the city centre and the Liverpool 1 shopping outlet. The room was clean, tidy, and had a comfortable bed with lovely bedding and pillows. The breakfast had a brilliant selection and the staff were friendly and attentive. the hotel offered a river view, which added to the overall experience.
Some tables in the bar area were not cleared or wiped down immediately after being vacated.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location on the waterfront was perfect with all attractions within a short walk. The service was exceptional, from the friendly staff on reception and in the breakfast room, to the attentive housekeeping staff. The leisure facilities, including the indoor swimming pool and sauna, were a great way to relax after a busy day exploring the city.
We highly recommend this place for families.

The hotel's location on the waterfront was ideal, as it was within walking distance of all attractions. Everything was conveniently nearby. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and the hotel facilities were well-equipped and comfortable. The breakfast provided was good, and the staff were lovely.
